This deck is a true and actual lock. It forces a draw decision. Back in the day when I started that was considered a win.

So here is how it works. slow them down and get them tapped up with Winter Orb, Sleep, Kismet, and Loxodon Gatekeeper.

Get Fatigue on the Panoptic Mirror. You opponent never draws a card again. Now skip all of your turns at the end of each of the opponent's turns. No one draws any cards, no one untaps, game at official draw.
