This is a rotated self-mill focused Chulane deck I built for Brawl nights at my LGS. Previously this deck nearly dominated. Winning most games, with only the resident control/hand hate player able to challenge me or prevent me from winning.

If you're going to play this deck or rebuild it for post-rotation: focus on small, cheap creatures to trigger Chulane, Teller of Tales multiple times each turn. Mana dorks, and creatures that make you draw more cards when you cast creature spells are the most important cards you can have for the deck. Finally, Thassa's Oracle, or Harmonious Archon are the main win conditions.
