The idea is to manipulate decks to your advantage. You want to search opponents decks to take out problematic cards before they can see play. You also want to exile instead of just mill and reanimate.

This deck has also made people rage quit. Apparently some combo players just give up when their infinite combo pieces are exiled.

Final note: This is a wizard tribal deck. Ulamog is just to avoid self mill.
