This is a prototype Delver/Cipher crossover deck.

The central idea is to cipher cards onto creatures with evasion, preferably the Invisible Stalkers. The red copy cards exist to copy ciphers (or anything else) so you can get two for one. Whispering Madness will be used to replenish your hand in the mid game and to put cards into the graveyard to feed Snapcaster Mage and Runechanter's Pike. Red burn adds control. Chandra adds some control and can be used as another way to copy your ciphers.

This is a prototype concept. It needs fleshing out. Feedback welcome.
