A sort of EDH version of the old Lantern Control deck in Modern. The idea is to use mill rocks, creatures, and Circu's ability to control your opponents' draws as well as your own. It doesn't win fast, so it's not a deck you play too often as your playgroup will be very not happy about it.

I will likely have to make some cuts to make room for the black enchantment removal. I keep forgetting it exists.
