This is an upgraded Blue/Black Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver commander precon, Zombie tribal deck. The upgrades I have chosen are to remove some of the lack luster cards and replace with better ones, and to include cards that focus more on zombie-centric strategies. The total changes are fairly affordable as long as you stay away from a few of the very powerful but expensive zombies like Gravecrawler. I may start adding those at some point, but for now this is a solid fairly budget friendly, and focused build.
