Budgety Bant build without CoCo and the $$$ crew.

I'm not one to play a deck that's looking at rotation but I'm making an exception. Too much CoCo for one man to take.

The deck is playing similar cards to Bant and Spirits but operates separately. Ironcially, it does well against those builds.

Lambholt Pacifist is the strongest card in the deck despite no Dromoka's Command. In a world of 2/3s a 3/3 rules. And because flash is a big thing it screws up opponents game plans.

Eliminating CoCo opens up spots for Always Watching , and the new bomb, Elder Deep-Fiend. Fiend plays a huge role in it's tap/flash shenanigans, which flow right with the deck. Funnier yet, it's great against Spirits and CoCo.

The best way to beat the best decks is play decks close to it. Add annoyances that pay for the budget build completely!

I personally have Tamiyo, Field Researcher in my SB to further assist with these battles online. I'd suggest investing in some. Cuz when CoCo is out the value and tempo's probably gonna go to a planeswalker.

With Bant now out of the scene with many players sick and tired of it... I will carry the torch. Loved it before it seen recent Standard play. Now I don't see any reason to give up.

Bant still has the best color mix in a general sense. So much has been given to it's colors except there's no more CoCo. Haven't done my playtesting but Taimoyo is still an absolute bomb with tempo-orientated creatures. Tweaks to be had.
