Fevered Visions blue red tempo with the ability to cast each copy of Startled Awake   multiple times for a humiliating victory either way :)

Tormenting Voice , Fevered Visions and Narset Transcendent give a huge amount of card advantage helping you get as many bounce/burn spells into your hand as well as ensuring you hit every land.

Radiant Flames , Engulf the Shore and Planar Outburst keep the board nice and clear while Just the Wind punishes them for spending big mana on large creatures.

Aside from winning with Fevered Visions damage (which can also be handily redirected to planeswalkers) we're also trying to mill. Casting Startled Awake   with rebound thanks to Narset's -2 mills for 26 over 2 turns and being able to copy the rebound with a Geistblast from the graveyard (either cast or discarded to Tormenting Voice ) takes it up to 39.

Ideal game:

• T1: Blue land (opponent has 52 cards)
• T2: Red land, discard Geistblast to Tormenting Voice (opponent has 51 cards)
• T3: Blue land, Fevered Visions (opponent has 49 cards)
• T4: White land, Narset Transcendent , use +1 (opponent has 47 cards)
• T5: Land, use -2, cast Startled Awake   (opponent has 32 cards)
• T6: In upkeep, copy rebounded Startled Awake   with Geistblast in graveyard, play another Fevered Visions (opponent has 3 cards)
• T7: Opponent should draw their last 3 cards
• T8: Win!
