Endbringer
+
Grafted Exoskeleton
allows you to deal infect damage every upkeep, not to mention the 7 poison counters it can deal if it connects while attacking. (Works great in multiplayer)
Basilisk Collar + Endbringer
gives you a similar combo, but you end up with an assassin able to pick off any size creature each upkeep while gaining life along the way. (hmmm another multiplayer reckoning tool)
Grafted Exoskeleton
+
Nettle Drone
& Basilisk Collar
+
Nettle Drone
works well too, losing the "assassin-like" effect deathtouch offers Endbringer, but allows for scattered poison and lifelink damage repeated every time you play a colorless spell. (good thing it's all colorless)
Barrage Tyrant
+
Grafted Exoskeleton
can get you a strong creature with the ability to fling poison damage over the front lines for a lethal finish, or at least to make good use of your chump blockers on their way to the grave.
All Is Dust or Ugin, the Spirit Dragon give you great board clearing advantage, and I alternate them according to whether I'm playing multiplayer or duel. Although Ugin, the Spirit Dragon clearly has more to offer with it's permanent presence and versatile abilities, sometimes that one less mana cost for All Is Dust can make the difference between win or lose (believe me, it has saved my keester a couple times.) I keep at least one in for multiplayer, because it's board wipe isn't as concerned with CMC as Ugin, the Spirit Dragon can be.
Urzatron & Dual Lands:
Urza's Mine
+ Urza's Power Plant + Urza's Tower
I know the tapped duals lands can make things seem a little slow at first, and this is a rare time I'm using less than 24 lands, but the Urza Lands really help pick up the slack and keep things moving. The Izzet Boilerworks are there to give a bit of card advantage to make up for the low count of lands, as well as, allowing you to reuse the life gain and scry triggers of
Swiftwater Cliffs
and
Temple of Epiphany
