I started with a pre-bought 2014 commander set (all black) and added some blue to make it more fun. I chose Lazav, Dimir Mastermind as commander because he's hexproof and relatively cheap. There's plenty of ways to destroy in this deck which works with Lazav. I added mill cards to feed his ability, Glimpse the Unthinkable, Tome Scour, etc and I also added some cards that would let me reanimate from any graveyard to take even more advantage of those mill cards Animate Dead, Necromancy, Reanimate. It seems pretty fun to play so far. Suggestions welcome
