Primary themes:

• So many elves! 24 elves in the deck (only two non-elf creatures). Lots of creature tokens as well, with a good number of elf tokens.
• A strong scry theme, with 17 of cards letting you scry, and several cards giving you payoffs for scrying, like Galadriel of Lothlorien, Elrond, Master of Healing, and Elvish Mariner
• Nine cards that give +1/+1 counters (a few on scry), and two cards that give you payoffs for having +1/+1 counters.
• Seven cards to kick off 'will of the council' or secret votes, and two cards to give you payoffs whenever any vote happens. Two cards for repeated votes: Galadriel, Elven-Queen and Cirdan the Shipwright.
• A few payoffs for having lots of elves, like Raise the Palisade and Elvish Archdruid
• Six alternate commanders - four go more towards the voting theme, but the other two continue to focus on the scry theme
