this deck is focused on making it almost impossible to attack you and control the board from there. We DO NOT want to halt or hinder the fun of other players by staxing them. That said lets get in to the deck.

Why Avacyn?

Archangel Avacyn   is the only boros commander that yields herself to this kind of strategy. She allows us to make plays where we make our creatures indestructible, then wipe the board except our creatures, putting us in a game winning state. Also we aim to control when she flips, then flicker her back to normal. This gives us a repeatable board wipe, which is very useful to this deck.

How to Win

This deck wins in one of two ways. We either double our damage with cards like Furnace of Rath,Dictate of the Twin Gods, or Gisela, Blade of the Goldnight, and then go tall with our creatures, or we have the Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts /Restoration Angel combo, allowing us to make infinite tokens and go wide. However there are some nonbos that you should be aware of. Lightmine Field or Silent Arbiter mean that we can't go infinite with Kiki-Jiki.
