I started out wanting to build Tibalt Superfriends, but rakdos doesn't really support that theme and planeswalkers are expensive, so looking at Tibalt you see that his ultimate wants big graveyards. Since black doesn't have much mill I looked towards artifacts like Mindcrank, Mesmeric Orb, or Altar of Dementia. Along with removal mill can fill up graveyards to fuel Tibalt's ultimate ability. Book Burning is a weird card that mills them or damages them (which would mill them anyway if we have mindcrank out). Shared Trauma can be useful if there's somethin like a Muldrotha deck who will pay mana, or we can threaten to kill someone's creature with a Doom Blade if they don't pay towards Join Forces. Ghoulcaller's bell and Lantern of Insight work together for Tibalt's +2 to see the top of everyone's deck and put it in the graveyard if it's a land or somethin bad.
