The Council of No, No-mancers, Nope, No, Council of the Counterspell, Council of Control.

This deck is not supposed to win. If it wins it's accidental. The idea is just to play counterspells and laugh at my friends for ruining their plans. Talrend is there so I can build up a defence and possible offense. Polymorph and Proteus staff is there to use on the drakes to kill of a token for a useful wizard or for the Stormtide Leviathan. Or to turn a wizard into the same.
