At first, I am not very familiar with modern Decks. Besides I am relatively new to playing MTG anyway. So I tried to look through some cards I have in stock an build a modern Elf deck. And it should not be too high in price to buy some cards for completion. Cards like Nissa, Vital Force for example fit to the theme and are laying around here but are not totally necessary to be in the deck.

The main goal is to bring some Elves on the battlefield and make them bigger, for example through +1/+1 counter. Immaculate Magistrate + Joraga Warcaller works on that with a potentially big impact.

Cards like Paradoxical Outcome and Rashmi, Eternities Crafter (perhaps as combo Leyline of Anticipation + Rashmi, Eternities Crafter or Mind's Dilation + Rashmi, Eternities Crafter ) are for some card advantage.

As a secondary win condition I added one copy of Intruder Alarm + Presence of Gond as infinity combo. Only once, because the main goal is still bringing big Elves on board.

I am not sure how well this deck would work. But my biggest problem seems to be the Sideboard, as far as I could suggest right now. Now it is more a bunch of stuff I would like to put in Mainboard, but there is not enough space for it.
