Any and all suggestions welcome!
Looking specifically for:
1.) Best balance between defense, disruption, draw, and wincon suites.
2.) Most efficient and effective 3-color control mana base.
3.) Any card substitutions with better synergy, reduced CMCs, or better utility.4.) Sideboard cards for specific matches and what they will replace when they go in.

Premise and Strategy
Sylvan Caryatid and Courser of Kruphix need no introduction (but I'll give one anyway), they lock up the ground game early and provide excellent utility. hornets nest fits this bill as well, especially in a deck that can self disrupt it if opponents try to remove it or don't attack it.

Magma Jet and Anger of the Gods for early aggro/dork disruption, with a scry and sweeper utility respectively.

Temur Charm and Disdainful Stroke as counterspells, providing hornet shenanigans and late hard-counter utility respectively.

Steam Augury and Dig Through Time for card draw and answer/wincon finding.

Singletons of Kiora, the Crashing Wave, Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker, and Nissa, Worldwaker as wincons. Each synergizes well with either Courser or Hornet's Nest.
