This is my jack-of-all-trades when it comes to EDH. This is my midrange commander deck. The game plan is simple: accrue advantage through two-for-one cards, namely creatures with ETB effects, all the while attacking, drawing cards off of my commander, and keeping the assault coming.

This deck has a very active play style. Damia, Sage of Stone ensures that I will always have plenty of fuel to keep the two-for-ones coming. However, the deck also has a number of engines and pseudo-engines that allow me to juice extra value out of my creatures. Here are some of my favorite things to do:

Use Birthing Pod to cycle through creatures to get their ETB effect, making sure to hit Peregrine Drake to net some extra mana, and Kozilek's Predator or Grave Titan to make a couple of tokens. These tokens can be sacrificed to the Pod to put Essence Warden and Blood Artist onto the battlefield, who make further Pod activity pretty ludicrous.

Use Deadeye Navigator to flicker creatures for their ETB, especially cloning creatures such as Evil Twin or Phyrexian Metamorph, who can give me the ETB of any creature on the battlefield. As an added bonus, I can flicker Evil Twin to copy my opponents' creatures, then use it to destroy them.

Use Ashnod's Altar to sacrifice creatures with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed or Cauldron of Souls in play, which lets me double down on ETB effects while producing lots of mana to play more creatures.

Use Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord to sacrifice creatures with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed or Vela the Night-Clad in play, which hits my opponents hard for damage. Add Sheoldred, Whispering One , and the goodies just keep returning.

Use Stolen Identity to make copies of Malakir Bloodwitch, augmenting the life drain each time I do so. [Update: or use a kicked Rite of Replication on Malakir Bloodwitch to drain everyone for 30].

Have Psychosis Crawler in play with Damia, Sage of Stone, which will damage my opponents heavily each upkeep.

Cast Craterhoof Behemoth after I have used Avenger of Zendikar, Myr Battlesphere, or Grave Titan to flood the battlefield with creatures.

Cast Primal Surge.

I created this deck on a budget, which is why I have no Thragtusk or Garruk Relentless  . For my purposes, however, it performs extremely well. The deck plays best against three to four opponents, but scales very well to handle all kinds of threats.
