I wanted to make a quick deck with what I had laying around in one of my boxes.

Green : Fatties and Ramp.

Blue: Draw and Minor control.

White:Board control, some Recursion, and lock down.

You have 2 ways to win:

Beat down: Ramp and drop a big fatty with either counter back up or just savage summoning it or drop a ton of little dudes and collective blessing.

Combo: Stall with Glacial chasm, draw until you can hard cast Omniscience with Counter back up(normally pact of negation) and enter the infinite. The win con then is Laboratory maniac + any card draw affect.

If some one gets ahead it's not a big deal and you can get rid of most graveyard hate pretty easy before either it becomes a problem or you drop your Angel Of Glory's Rise or cast Praetor's counsel.

Your only two goals are to ramp out the basic lands and then draw tons of cards when in these colors is pretty easy to do.I skipped on most of the counter spells as your goal is to sit back early and if you consistently countering people's things your going to be a target. However I have the few hard counters for when it is absolutely needed. For the most part I try to keep things from hanging around too long on the field if it is too big of a threat, and if I'm very far behind can reset the board pretty easily.
