This is a creatureless Narset deck, my main goal is to use Narset's ability to cast expensive non-creatures and to use Proteus Staff to stack my deck favorably. This deck utilizes multiple ways to get extra combat steps and to charge narset up with enchantments. Looking for ways to make the manabase more efficient and ways to get Narset out more quickly!
