Creatures aren't all that great. Spells are where it's at. Especially casting spells for free. That's very, very good.

Jeleva is a deck based around casting big spells for free. So you're going to cast Jeleva lots of times, so you need to bounce her lots of times. Giving her haste is essential, so you can cast your big spells quickly. Also removal is there.

Proteus Staff lets you stack your deck. The best result is when you don't tell anyone the deck is creatureless and just start flipping cards.
