So! Here's my Patriot Control, finally. This is a deck looking to counter or remove any threats necessary early on, then falling back to the lovely interaction of Cryptic Command + Snapcaster Mage to hold the mid/late game until dropping a win con. It's a beautiful thing to play the Mage, Cryptic countering a spell, then bouncing the Mage for extra ETB triggers.

Our typical end-game will consist of beating down with Celestial Colonnade or Gideon Jura, or locking someone out with Ajani Vengeant.Alternately, this list is more than capable of just burning someone out with multiple Bolt effects recurred via Snapcaster Mage (Man, that guy is good, right?)

We use Mana Leak, Spell Snare, and Cryptic Command for the counter suite, Lightning Bolt, Electrolyze, and Path to Exile for the removal suite, Sphinx's Revelation and Think Twice for some extra card draw.

The list I'm posting right now is the list that I intend to take to Wednesday Modern tomorrow. I'm currently testing a slightly different version; I'll list on the changes in a post below.
