Trying to make a workable budget Modern deck. Originally, this had no topdeck management, it now has Sage owls and Augury Owls. It works wonders to smooth out your ability to fire a Leviathan on turn 3. Not sure if I'd rather use Swan Song instead of Mana Leak. The ability to counter any spell is nice, but I only really care about enchantment removal. Besides that, Mana Leak loses steam late-game. One mana counter-spell versus two also matters, though. Sideboard flips the strategy after your opponent mainboards all the enchantment removal in the world.
