Cycling Songs / Damn Cycling is a combo-control graveyard based deck. We don't try to accomplish fast win, but we focus on strong lategame plan instead.

The deck is pretty complicated at first flance and requires intensive piloting skills. First few steps of game we spend on cycling our creatures filling up our graveyard thus stabilizing our manabase. Then we gain some life with Gnaw to the Bone , wraths opponents board with Crypt Rats, and then finish him by hardcasting our cycling creatures or huge Consume Spirit/Crypt Rats with mana from Songs of the Damned.

Manabase

1 Barren Moor

2 Bloodfell Caves

4 Evolving Wilds

2 Forest - green mana is really required at turn 2 where we need to cast Satyr Wayfinder or Grisly Salvage

1 Mountain

6 Swamp - black mana is a key in our deck, our bread and butter, because we really count black mana when trying to wrath opponents' board

4 Jungle Hollow

Cycling creatures/engines

2 Architects of Will

4 Deadshot Minotaur - good to be hardcasted to kill a flyer which has be underestimated vs a lot of pauper decks.

2 Grisly Salvage

2 Krosan Tusker - slow, but cycler with benefit which is also a good lategame beater

4 Monstrous Carabid

4 Street Wraith

4 Pit Keeper - Pit Keeper is one of under-radar card in our deck with super huge utility, and also gives a body on block or early offense.

4 Satyr Wayfinder - blocker and early gravefiller

Win Conditions

4 Crypt Rats - here we are. Crypt Rats is our board wrath and win condition. Blowing all opponents creatures at turn 4-5 is where we want to be with this deck.

4 Gnaw to the Bone - another key card. we cycle a lot of creatures, mill a lot of creatures, and we gain ridiculous amount of life in aggro matches.

4 Songs of the Damned - you can use mana from songs to cast a lot of spells in one turn, to cast and hugely blow Crypt Rats or finish opponent with Consume Spirit

2 Consume Spirit - our win condition and removal in emergency cases.

Sideboard

2 Distress - comes in vs combo decks

4 Fume Spitter - comes in all aggro matches

2 Raven's Crime - comes in vs control deck

3 Ancient Grudge - you know why it's here

1 Death Denied - comes in vs control and midrange decks

3 Moment's Peace - comes in vs infect, goblins, izzet blitz

Matches

Our best matches are grindy midrange decks which can't race us fast and can't provide counter disruption, aggro decks, small-asses weenie decks and all-on-counter decks. Our worst matches are tempo decks which put pressure on us but also combine it with counter backup.
