Ramp with artifact mana by trying to get a Mishra's Workshop out as soon as possible and tutoring into even more artifact mana. Once you are able to secure Damia, Sage of Stone (easier said than done). You're going to want to kill anyone playing mono-red immediately, and blue is also a big problem. That being said, I have cast omniscience after it was countered 3 times in the same turn. You can attempt to control the board with the following combos:

• Forbid and Damia, Sage of Stone work as a reusable Forbid that is able be recycled because of the insane card draw every turn. Library of Leng mitigates the discard effect.
• Constant Mists along with Crucible of Worlds and the card draw from Damia, Sage of Stone or Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur can result in a constant fog effect, locking down a beat-down deck.
• Mindslaver coupled with Academy Ruins for total lock-down on a single opponent. Unless you can cast this and activate it on the same turn people are going to want to kill you.
• Omniscience and Praetor's Council along with Leyline of Anticipation mid-game can usually draw you into Capture of Jingzhou, Regrowth, Yawgmoth's Will, Eternal Witness or Snapcaster Mage. By this point you can usually take enough turns to get out Cyclonic Rift and end the game.
• Seedborn Muse and Capsize can usually get you 3 or 4 bounces every turn if it is late enough in the game. I usually just quit at this point so that my opponents get to duke it out between themselves instead of waiting for them to concede when they lose all their lands and creatures.
• Strip Mine along with Crucible of Worlds - If this gets out quick enough your opponent will never have any mana and will end up conceding right away. It isn't very fun in a friendly game, but sometimes you just want to win ASAP. This works way better against a single opponent. If you have a way to play two lands a turn then it is even more effective.
• Crystal Shard and Damia, Sage of Stone is an easy way to bounce Damia, Sage of Stone if she is about to die.
• Asceticism and Damia, Sage of Stone in order to keep her alive for more than a turn, this takes the 7 mana to cast her, and another 5 or 7 mana on top of that depending if Asceticism is already on the table. I wouldn't try this with 3 people gunning for me since Damia, Sage of Stone will eventually become too expensive to cast.
• Trophy Mage and Chromatic Lantern, or Crucible of Worlds for grabbing mana rocks. Also, Forcefield is incredibly powerful in a commander game where 21 damage from the commander means game over.
• Trinket Mage for grabbing Expedition Map to grab Mishra's Workshop or Sol Ring, Mana Vault or Mana Crypt.
• Trinket Mage along with Crystal Shard can work as a reusable artifact tutor if the game is slow enough.
• Defense of the Heart to trigger and grab Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger and Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur the next person's turn is usually going to leave them open to get their face stomped if they decide to deal with any of those on their own. Lots just quit from this alone.
• Progenitor Mimic and Acidic Slime, Rune-Scarred Demon or Trophy Mage for some nice destruction / tutoring since none of these are legends.
• Necropotence and Ivory Tower or else Necropotence and Venser's Journal, couple this with Library of Leng in order to draw to your heart's content and not get decked in the event someone forces you to draw a bunch of cards. This will turn you into the number one target so make sure you take out someone within the next turn.
• Defense of the Heart trigger to grab Consuming Aberration and Rune-Scarred Demon or Trophy Mage and use the tutor to grab a Whispersilk Cloak or Lightning Greaves.
• Damia, Sage of Stone with something to protect it and Manabond paired with Abundance lets you drop 7 lands in a single turn. It is pretty hard for people to come back from something like this. You don't want to get stuck with 7 lands though!

Removed Cards / Combos:

• Progenitor Mimic and Kokusho, the Evening Star for a 15 point life swing in a 4 person game. Drop them both with Defense of the Heart and clone the Kokusho, the Evening Star. This proved to be too unreliable and resulted in leaving me with 1 creature that has never stuck around for a second trigger. He is too vulnerable without hexproof, and if I attack with him he just ends up getting let through.

Update - 02/08/2017

• Removed Kokusho, the Evening Star because I will almost want to grab something like Consuming Aberration and Rune-Scarred Demon in order to grab a Whispersilk Cloak or Lightning Greaves. 1 unanswered attack by that guy and it is pretty much game over for at least one opponent. This should help games speed up hopefully.
• Removed Kokusho, the Evening Star and replaced it with Consuming Aberration, because it is cheaper and always a better grab using Defense of the Heart.
• Removed Time Stretch because it is too expensive and doesn't get me closer to killing an opponent, I am replacing it with Whispersilk Cloak, which I will be able to grab using one of the many tutors available to me in my deck. Time Stretch also has the added effect of making everyone want to kill you immediately.
• I tried adding Telepathy and all it did was give my opponents a chance to coordinate making it impossible to get anything to stay out and stick. So I have ended up removing Telepathy in favor of some more creature protection.
• Added Forcefield since it is cheap online and I have lost to commander damage too many times.
• Added Temple of Deceit, Temple of Malady, and Temple of Mystery. I replaced some basic lands to make room for these.
• Added Yavimaya Coast because the damage doesn't really matter as long as I can get out Ivory Tower or Venser's Journal and Necropotence faster.

• Added Voltaic Key and removed Black Sun's Zenith since it hit my creatures too much.

• Added Cryptic Command because I needed another counter for certain commanders and combo pieces.
• Added Gitaxian Probe so I can take a peak at someone's hand and see what they are running.
• Added Underground River.
• Added Pact of Negation just in case some game ender or really mean commander drops.
• Added Snuff Out as spot removal.
• Removed a Swamp since Underground River was better.
• Removed Leyline of Anticipation because it has pretty much never helped me out.
• Removed Expedition Map to make room for Voltaic Key.
• Removed Rise of the Dark Realms because it was reliant on my opponents running good cards and has never helped me win a game.
