or Daxos of Meletis coupled with Steel of the Godhead forms the backbone of this deck. Gaining >4 life and a card each turn provides an enormous control advantage, particularly if Grand Arbiter Augustin IV is on the field. The Arbiter also makes Steel of the Godhead cost 1 mana.

Grand Arbiter Augustin IV is a magnet for their removal, if they have any. If they can't get rid of him, he's a huge boon for me and a moderate ballache for them.
Ajani, Caller of the Pride goes down early, pumps
Augury Adept
and Daxos of Meletis, and his -3 doubles the fun. He also provides a troubling distraction for the opponent.
Wall of Denial = Obstruct target problem.
Hidden Strings
works extremely well, even more so with Steel of the Godhead, and synergises with the Azorius Chancerys.
Card advantage, Vapor Snag, and
Voyage's End
allow for efficient removal of any major threats. Dissolve and Render Silent bring up the hard cancel front while either allowing me to dig for cards I need or screwing the opponent's turn. Hindering Light is excellent versus removal or burn spells, and gives me a card to boot.
If
Righteous Authority
hit the board, it's easy pickings.
Cyclonic Rift for early game removal or late game facewrecking. Especially important against creature heavy decks if we get past turn 8 or so.
