A Simic Creature deck focusing on getting value from the M13 Merfolks and having their high Toughness help defend you until your evolving mutants start to ball out of control.

The Simic Charm and Cyclonic Rift helps in dissrupting Aggro and can and have more than once acted as kind of a Time Walk when my opponent is trying to get a large threat out.

2 AEtherize works great in synergy with Scrollthief as it normaly open up the board to sneak in an attack on my turn. And it's great at dealing with tokens.

Cackling Counterpart is a really solid 3 mana card in this deck. Having an Augur of Bolas or a Master of the Pearl Trident on turn 2 and copying it on turn 3 is great for tricking your opponent into lossing a creature in their attack.

If this deck is up against a controldeck chances are almost 100% that they play islands in some form making almost all my creatures unblockable.

The large amount of Thoughness on the Augur of Bolas and the Scroll Thief in conjunction with Master of the Pearl Trident really helps getting evolve on every creature drop.
