This is my mono-red Duel Commander deck "on a budget". From my testing so far, it's as competitive as a budget deck can be, will play it in a tournament soon and I'll see how it really fares!

Idea is the classic lots-of-gobs agro strategy, plus the fact that dying goblins should hurt. Of course we have the Commander Pahsalik Mons, but as well Goblin Bombardment, Boggart Shenanigans (which is tutorazible).

Nice thing about Pashalik Mons is that it can create tokens without attacking.

Other than that, lots of small Gobs, tokens generators, and cards that allow me to sacrifice gobs.
