This is a UW as foretold, so the objective is to survive in UW fashion with counters and removal until your engine is online. ( As Foretold )

I was excited the moment As Foretold was spoiled. My main two modern decks are this and Jund, and I must say, I've been leaning towards this deck much more often lately. I've been running it for about a year now, and have had time to update and tune it a bit with new releases and shifting metas.

Quick primer for As Foretold

As Foretold Lets you play any card with a CMC less than or equal to the counters on it once per ANY turn. This includes cards with 0 CMC not normally castable.

The idea is as it gains counters, you use it on your turn for advantage cards, while using it on opponents turns for counterspells.

Combo cards with As Foretold

Ancestral Vision 3 cards cast for free

Restore Balance Free board wipe

Tolaria West Tutors for these combo pieces, but can also get Colonnades

Wincons are : Celestial Colonnade and Teferi, Hero of Dominaria

Thoughts on cards so far:

• Jace, the Wallet Sculptor Seen in a lot of Ux deck. Good for miracles, but not quite right for this deck.
• Serum Visions vs Opt : Opt works well with t3 Field of Ruin , and gives me options with ancestral on their turn. But with modern's early turns being more critical, and with the new Teferi , I'm switching back to serum visions.
• Remand I would love try this, replacing Mana Leak and Negate . This could buy extra turns with As Foretold on the field.
• Precognition Field I love this card, but it just isn't enough in modern
