This is the C17 cat preconstructed deck with a few changes.

I removed most of the lands that enter the battlefield tapped, but kept a few. They were replaced mainly with basics. I added more green ramp, and the Selesnya artifacts mana rocks. I changed some of the equipment to focus on trample damage because that is what I think this deck is trying to do. I also added one more board wipe, the Hour of Revelation, because not only is it <$1, the condition for casting cost reduction should be easily met. Lastly, I added some of the cheaper casting cost cats from HOU/AKH and removed many of the expensive legendary ones.
