I'm a casual player pretty new to magic the gathering, I just play with a few friends. From the haphazard deck I've been playing, I really enjoyed the synergy of God-Pharaoh's Faithful and Aspect of Gorgon and wanted to build something around that sort of deathtouch/wall combo. As a starter to this game, if you feel I'm particularly vulnerable to any meta or other gimmick, I'd appreciate it greatly if you can explain it in some detail. I'm open to all feedback; I'd prefer to keep this budget, but don't let that stop you from recommending anything you feel works really well here. Also if any of the gimmicks I list below don't play out the way I think, let me know.
Combos and Purposes:God-Pharaoh's Faithful / Nyx-Fleece Ram / Wall of Limbs + Touch of Moonglove / Coast with Venom / Virulent Swipe / Aspect of Gorgon: Gives the 0/X black and white walls 1 damage and deathtouch.
God-Pharaoh's Faithful / Nyx-Fleece Ram + Ajani's Pridemate: Residual life gain from upkeep and spells allows pridemate to keep racking in good counters, so he'd probably be win condition for this deck.
Ayli Eternal Pilgrim: Cheap mana card that can quickly bump up Wall of Limbs or Ajani's Pridemate by sacrificing any of the other wall cards.
Karlov of the Ghost Council: Another decently cheap card, benefits from passive life gain and can get rid of any problematic walls on the other team with ability.
Liliana Vess: Forcing an opponent to discard cards is always good but her second ability is crucial to finding any of the deathtouch instants or pridemate.
Boseiju: Ability makes the instant deathtouches unable to be countered, which is incredibly useful.
Thanks again!
