I thought of this deck as a joke, then it started to get serious...I would like to keep it under $20 on avg
(Due to my recent goal to enter this into a standard tournament, I have added some other cards to help along as well (Hero's Downfall, Lotleth Troll, Golgari Charm, Commune with the Gods, etc.)
Ideal Hand: at least 3 land of any sort, 1-2 of following: Deadly Reculse, Sedge Scorpion, and Wasteland Viper, Pit Fight, a Grisly Salvage
Mainboard:
Sedge Scorpion, Wasteland Viper, Deadly Recluse: Deathtouch Creatures to stop aggro, flyers, and just overall defense.
Pit Fight, Time to Feed: Don't wanna attack with your creatures? Fine, I'll just fling my creatures at yours.
Nighthowler, Nemesis of Mortals, Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord: Kill my creatures and your creatures to build up my winners. Plus possible sac of Nighthowler and Nemesis of Mortals with Jarad to deal damage at opponents.
Lotleth Troll: Good low drop that can be big, help build my graveyard
Hero's Downfall]: If I don't have creatures and don't like your creature, meh. Also anti-planeswalker
Grisly Salvage: Speed up the winning strategy
Sideboard:
Fade into Antiquity: Anti-god/enchantment, personally i like it better than Unravel the Aether
Lotleth Troll: Helps with milling, added 2 more in sideboard in case I need it.
Ranger's Guile: Hexproof my creatures against control/burn.
Commune with the Gods: fast self-mill against control decks with mostly one creature.
Grisly Salvage: just another one to self-mill faster in case of control.
Hero's Downfall: the 4th one is for pesky standard players that play with planeswalkers. Usually 4 will be enough to kill them off.
Golgari Charm: Anti-Supreme Verdict, Anti-Anger of the Gods, anti enchantments, self kill my small creatures to pump graveyard.
Consider a +1 and please don't mind giving me advice!
