Tried the deck out with the cards I had for it still didn't have my other Phenax but went 1-3.
Game 1: Score 0-2: This game was against Mono-Blue Devotion straight net deck both games of the match were lost wasn't getting Mana for most of either game got capped at 4 and then 3 played a casual afterwards and did much better still lost because I still didn't have the Drown in Sorrow to use as a board sweep.
Game 2 : Score 0-2: Extort Control. Game 1 he threw down a turn 2 Elixir of Immortality that was in his opening hand after seeing I was Mill I had nothing to do about it so I milled which is my only out he played a trading post and used Elixir to bring the cards back into his deck died to Extort damage. Game 2 was no Elixir I just wasn't getting the cards I needed after he sideboarded and sat on 3 dead cards most of the game since I still didn't have much of a sideboard.
Game 3: Score 2-0: Rakdos Minotaurs. The match was straight forward could I mill him out before he dealt 20 damage to me with his Minos. Game 1 was close 20-3 he it came down to the nut draw picking up Phenax, God of Deception throwing him down and milling with two Wall of Frost for 14 he had 12 cards. Game 2 was just a roll he kept a bad hand of 1 land while I was able to turn Tome Scour and got rid of 3 lands then the next turn Breaking / Entering making him drop another 4 he told me he was only running around 15 lands so I figured it was over at that point I dropped a Jace, Memory Adept turn 5 got rid of 10 cards and won off a Mind Grind on turn 6.
Game 4: Score 0-2: Gruul Monsters. This was just a I couldn't do anything didn't get removal nothing I could do about the Planeswalkers he was using since I didn't have any Hero's Downfall yet so game 1 I just lost. Game 2 he side boarded in 4 Mistcutter Hydra didn't get any Doomblade to use on the two he played so just straight died.
