This is a W/B/R build I made for standard that I trust is a tier-one control deck. It plays tons of removal spells, answers to a lot of the cards that look like they will be good after Return to Ravnica rotates out, and some pretty scary creatures and Planeswalkers that will win me the game. The cards themselves are self-explanatory; its a control deck... but I will cover their purposes below:
The Mainboard
Bile BlightThis card does more than just one-for-one. Gets around indestructible and is a cheap removal spell.
Chandra, Pyromaster
Some people don't like this card in this deck. It is resilient; it is useful against all sorts of archetypes. It is my finest card engine and removes Rabble Red creatures one goblin at a time.
Crackling DoomAs with Bile Blight, this card gets around indestructible. It is also a burn spell. It is also an instant. This card is one of the reasons I decided that this archetype was going to be good.
Despise
It hits their Rabblemaster, their Polukranos, their Brimaz, their Elspeth, and their Sarkhan/Sorin. Need I say more?
Hero's Downfall[[Hero's Downfall] takes care of 90% of what Utter End would take care of and costs one mana less. Hero's Downfall is just way better against Rabble Red than End. (If you haven't noticed already, I hate Rabble Red)

The Sideboard
Anger of the GodsI side this in against Rabble Red. I tried 4 main and did not like it because it really sucks having 2 in your hand while your opponent is beating you to death with a
Courser of Kruphix
. Having it against Rabble Red improves my chances of winning significantly.
Banishing LightI side this in against decks that play threats that are more than just creatures. Its like Utter End, but cheaper and still white. I have a really hard time against those...
Elspeth, Sun's ChampionI side this in against Control. How hard is it to get rid of 4 freaking Elspeths? If I get 2 +1's of her, its not hard to say, unless my opponent has a boardwipe, that I win.
Liliana VessI side this in against Control. Liliana must be removed, or she will desecrate your hand. Once she is at enough Loyalty, I search for enough burn spells to kill you.
Nyx-Fleece RamI side this in against Rabble Red, Aggro, and other Burn decks. I have interviewed countless Rabble/Aggro/Burn players, and have received the same feedback from every one of them. They hate this card. I guarantee you this deck would lose all of its integrity if Nyx-Fleece Ram did not exist.
Stormbreath DragonI side this in against any white deck and, circumstantially, Control and Superfriends. It gives me another win condition and can win the game on its own.
Utter EndI side this in against decks that play threats that are more than just creatures. It just sucks how it can't hit Stormbreath.
Can you help me fit in a 3-of Brimaz, King of Oreskos?
