A mid-range Mardu build built about Butcher of the Horde. Feedback, +1's, and play testing always appreciated. What cards do you think should make the cut, what cards do you think shouldn't have made the cut?

This deck relies on Butcher of the Horde as a win-con and always want's stuff to feed to it. The best snacks being Bloodsoaked Champion and Rabblemaster Tokens and the occasional Elspeth Token. It also has a fare amount of removal to deal with the predicted mid-range meta of the upcoming standard.
