The main focus of this deck is getting really strong demons, dragons and angels on to the battlefield by turn 4 or 5 it does this by the commander Kaalia of the Vast. It is possible to get Kaalia of the Vast out fairly early with cards like Orzhov Basilica and Rakdos Signet these cards with basic lands can get Kaalia out of the command zone before your opponent has a good flying defense. After you get Kaalia onto the battlefield you use strong angels, demons and dragons like Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Lord of the Void and Moonveil Dragon to decimate your opponent and win you the game.

The perfect hand has lands or mana giving artifacts to get Kaalia of the Vast out and your strongest creatures like Avacyn, Angel of Hope.
