Description
My first Jund deck. I have some mana ramp because i wanted the big demons out, and use the removal spells. This is more a midrange deck, but still has the 1 mana drop creatures wich are more an aggro style.
Slitherhead - The one mana drop. The Slitherhead is more a sacrifial card, used to block creatures because of the free scavenge and to trigger the Falkenrath Aristocrat's ability.
Spiteful Returned - This card is here for the damage to pull Rakdos, Lord of Riots out after the battle phase. It can also resolte as an aura to my creatures.
Sylvan Caryatid and Somberwald Sage - The mana ramp. Really want the demons all out at the same time.
Whip of Erebos - The Lifelink is an awesome ability. And brigging creatures from your graveyard is very good because you can go full aggro with the demons.
Hero's Downfall, Maelstrom Pulse, Go for the Throat - For some creature control. The maelstrom for other things such as artifacts or enchatments. Both Maelstrom or Hero's are for planeswalkers.
Bower Passage- This card is here to turn my flying creatures unblockable. This is more of a second plan, the plan B because some of my flying creatures have tramble so they can deal direct damage to the opponent. With all the creature removal, there aren't going to be many creatures on the opponent's side.
Falkenrath Aristocrat- It is for killing the abyssal Persecutor when it isn't needed. It's a great creature on it's own, and i can sacrifice slitherhead to activate it's ability.
