A lot of things that revolve around investigating and sacrificing clues.

Note: I am still making some changes to this, here and there.

The tokens I use for this deck:

Explaining why I have what I have in this deck.

Creatures

Altered Ego These are wonderful for a few reasons, 1, you can make a copy of something an opponent has and then even have it enter with multiple +1/+1 counters on it, to one up them, countless times I've been able to copy a huge creature an opponent has out and make it so much stronger for about half the cost of the original. and 2, you can use it to make a copy of something else you may have out to double the effect, ie, Erdwal Illuminator, Graf Mole, Tireless Tracker or Ulvenwald Hydra

Briarbridge Patrol These are wonderful to use along with Tamiyo's Journal since you could tap the journal, sac 3 clues, and grab a card from your library, if you grabbed a creature, then you can also put it out on the field when you end your turn. Perks of being able to put the creature card out; Don't have to pay mana cost, and it can't be countered since you didn't cast it.

Erdwal Illuminator 1/3 flying? Well, right there, it flies, so if you have an opponent with flying, you now have a blocker, just in case, and if they don't, hell, you could just swing with them, they don't do a lot of damage, but it still does something. On top of that, if you have two of them out along with Tamiyo's Journal you investigate 3 times during your upkeep, letting use tap the journal right away to sac 3 clues and search for a card.

Graf Mole Not much to this one, good for blocking in early game with it's 2/4 if need be, but also that whenever you sac a clue, that's 3 more life for you.

Tireless Tracker Not only do you get to investigate whenever a land enters under your control, but now you also get to put +1/+1 on them for each clue you sac? Why the hell not put these in here?

Ulvenwald Hydra Basically the, could be, strongest creatures you get out. If you actually cast one for it's mana cost, it will be a 7/7 if you use it's ability to pull a land from your library (Best part? Any land, not just basic.) Paired with a Tireless Tracker you can get another land out if you've already played one by putting the Ulvenwald Hydra out on the field. You could also use the Briarbridge Patrol + Tamiyo's Journal combo to pull it from your library and throw it out at end of turn for free and still be able to grab a land from your library.

Artifacts

Tamiyo's Journal Well, considering you, not only, investigate at the beginning of your upkeeps, you can also sac 3 clues with it (For free might I add) to search for any card that may help you right away, goes great with Briarbridge Patrol and well, anything else that's triggered from sacrificing clues.

Enchantments

Fleeting Memories More or less just something to help get rid of what might be useful cards from your opponents, you can pretty easily mill someone out using these too, there have been plenty of times that I've milled my opponent out with these without even meaning to. Mainly just another card that's great when it's triggered from sacrificing a clue.

Ulvenwald Mysteries One thing that always sucks, is when you lose a creature that could have helped you win the game, but, at least with this card, when that creature dies, you still get to investigate, so it's not all so bad. On top of that, you sac a clue? You get a 1/1 token out there, not the best for attacking, but sure is nice when you have a few out to block those incoming blows from an opponent.

Sorceries

Seasons Past Ever want to get that card back from your graveyard that would be oh, so very useful? Ever have multiple cards you need but only a single card to pull one back to your hand? Well, look no further, seasons past, even though costs can get you as many cards back to your hand as you want, granted of course that those cards all have different converted mana costs. On top of that, they just go to the bottom of your library rather than to the grave yard, and with cards like Ulvenwald Hydra and Tamiyo's Journal, you can then shuffle your library and have a chance to get those back.

Instants

Confront the Unknown It's a 1 drop to investigate, and on top of that, it adds +1/+1 counters to a target creature till end of turn for X amount of Clues I control, which can be a lot. Even better that it's at instant speed, so I can drop that on someone that's attacking to buff a blocker of mine.

Second Harvest This is great for when you already have a few clues and/or human soldiers out, for 4 mana, you can throw this out at instant speed to double all of your tokens.

Planeswalkers

Jace, Unraveler of Secrets Yeah, yeah, though not completely relevant to the investigating clues synergy, Jace is wonderful for what he can do, that +1 you get to scry 1 then draw a card, always nice to be able to draw an extra turn, and on top of that getting to look at the first card and deciding if would be useful to you or not before drawing it, even better. Jace's -2 can help too, throw any target creature on the field back to their owner's hand, awesome, not only could you do that to an opponent's tokens if need be to destroy them, or send that wonderful blocker your opponent has back to their hand, but you could also use that to put Altered Ego or Ulvenwald Hydra back to your own hand to either replay Altered Ego with even more +1/+1s on it, or throw that Ulvenwald Hydra out again and search for another land.

Updates Add

During FNM, this deck went 2-2
Round 1: Won in 2
Both games, opponent milled due to fleeting memories.

Round 2: Lost in 3
First game, opponent was using Nettle Drone to whittle my life away before I could play much.
Second game, I pulled out 2 Graf Mole and used Altered Ego twice to make 2 copies of Graf Mole, also had Tamiyo's Journal out, so I was gaining at least 12 life per tern, opponent conceded.
Third game, mana flooded, I don't think I shuffled very well after scooping up cards from last game, either way, my life was taken from me very quickly against my opponents quick black, red, eldrazi deck.

Round 3: Won in 2
First game, I was able to pull out all three Ulvenwald Hydras that I had in my deck, along with 12 lands out, I also made two more Ulvenwald Hydras by making copies with Altered Ego both with an additional +5/+5 on them, which I then attacked with everything, and won.
Second game, using a single fleeting memories, I was able to mill my opponent.

Round 4: Lost in 2
Both games, opponent used some cards to make all of his 1 drop creatures have menace as well as giving them all additional +1/+1 counters on them, taking my life out before I could do anything at all.
