• "There's a reason the rulers of Nyx work alone, they just seem to get under one another's feet."

  "Devotion to Everything" is attempted by utilizing the double-devotion provided by hybrid permanents. It was built using the following general formula;

• Begin with one of each of the five Theros Gods and their legendary artifacts and three Chromatic Lanturns.

• Of the ten Spirit Avatars from the Shadowmoor saga (there is one Avatar for each combination of two colours, each has a mana cost of five of this type of hybrid mana and thus provides the devotion required for two Gods to be considered creatures) pick five of them in such a way that no three share a mana symbol and add one of each.

• Add two of each basic land, two evolving wilds and for each guild whose colours correspond to those of your chosen Avatars, a corresponding guildgate and shockland.

• Finally, for each type of hybrid mana you have chosen add one card with a devotion of one to that mana, one with a devotion of two, and two with a devotion of three.

  You should be left with a 60 card deck with a perfectly balanced mana circle. I can't say for sure, but I suspect that a duel between two decks constructed this way would be very balanced and interesting.

  As for this deck, it's Avatars are Deity of Scars, Dominus of Fealty, Ghastlord of Fugue , Nobilis of War and Oversoul of Dusk . The G/W and B/U portions of the deck provide tokens for extra devotion, along with Rise of the Hobgoblins , and the G/W also provides hexproof with Privileged Position. Other than that there's not a lot of focus, so if anyone has any suggestions for giving this deck a greater sense direction it would be greatly appreciated, but all suggestions would ideally adhere to the formula above.
