Dictate of the Owl (Playing with Owling Mine) (Modern MTG Deck)

I very much enjoy playing a deck a friend built called Captain Boomerang. I continually tinker with it and while looking for answers to some issues, I came across an Owling Mine deck. It uses Ebony Owl Netsuke + Howling Mine to deal damage. I was completely fascinated. I'm new to Magic and have fallen in love with Dictate of Kruphix. So, I've been trying to build a mono-blue Owling Mine. It was going ok. I thought it would be clever to put in Graceful Adept and Daring Thief to make sure my opponent kept their hand and burned themselves out.

Then I read an article called Understanding Turbo by Adrian Sullivan and decided to try a little Azorius in my build. I like Render Silent especially in this deck.

As a side note, a friend and I are both building Owling Mines to play against each other for fun. His is mono-black. He's been playing for like 13+ years, so I don't mind using the internet for assistance.

The deck looks pretty decent. I've been play testing it and I think Silence will work better than Exhaustion.
