So this is my list for Glissa (seeing that other lists out there go for over $1000 on TCG player). It has different ways of achieving a combo in order to win. There are also some value pieces here and there which either present themselves as alternate threats or helps the deck achieve it's combo faster. The card draw issue in the deck is rectified by including Skullclamp and Necropotence. This ensures that in most games, the player's hand is never empty.

Krark-Clan Ironworks + Salvaging Station + Flayer Husk/ (Springleaf Drum/ Elixir of Immortality... paired with Karn, Silver Golem) to make infinite colorless mana. Using Chromatic Star and Karn with the combo draws a lot of cards. The KCI and Salvaging Station combo then proceeds to win games using Blood Artist, Disciple of the Vault or Bitter Ordeal as the win conditions. I might run Exsanguinate as another big mana win, but without the combo, it is almost a dead card in hand.

KCI and Salvaging Station combo is aided by running Metalworker and Staff of Domination, because with those on board and 3 cards in hand, it allows me to draw my deck, stabilise my life total and keep all opponents creatures tapped. Ad Nauseam also aids the combo, because it allows me to quickly draw into my deck, and with and average CMC of 1.63, life loss is not much of an issue.

So those are the combos. The way to get to those combos are with tutors (though I need a Demonic Tutor) in the deck, as well as a small ramp package, mainly consisting of mana dorks. The combos themselves can be pretty resilient as I run numerous Regrowth effects as well as a Riftsweeper just in case a combo piece is exiled.

While generating an infinite combo in Glissa is all well and good, we also need to bear in mind that her combat abilities include first strike and deathtouch, so she's a brilliant rattlesnake, and worth casting as early as possible, so that I can recur artifacts. Aside from that, the deck runs a lot of Regrowth effects, so the deck functions just as well without the commander on the field. Thornbite Staff and Glissa is insane, and with infinite colourless mana, will wipe the board of creatures. Executioner's Capsule is also recurrable removal with Glissa in play.
