This deck controls early game and does some minor milling with Breaking to get Wight of Precinct Six out as a defender early game. Mid game is adding more mill and pressure while still having control. Late game is heavy milling with Phenax, God of Deception, Jace, Memory Adept, and Consuming Aberration while slipping past unblocked with Rogue's Passage for the game if they aren't milled to death.
