Budget Control with some milling spice. Once stabilized, Sphinx or Aberration can get to work. Failing the Jace puts the opponent on a 3-4 turn clock.

Counter Spells & Removal keeps things off the board. Jace draws, Ashiok gives you blockers. Ratchet bomb handles enchantments or annoying things you can't handle otherwise. Elixir provides 3 things, a small health bump, deck shuffle if screwed/flooded and bringing all those great spells back to the deck.

Breaking powers up the Consuming Aberration, so it can be at least a 10/10 when it comes out. Sphinx will set your draws and chip @ life total.
