Focused primarily on counter and fog while you use tap/untap effects to kill your opponent through their lands. Based on Dimir Seizure (Twiddle n' Twitch) but with a focus on lands and mixing up colors.

This deck is weak to flicker effects and bounce lands as is, a problem given the current meta. Thus, not a competitive build as it stands just yet.
