Dimir Control/Mill at its finest. Using creatures with ability combos like unblockable and hexproof and pairing those with spell cards containing cipher and Flashback makes for a mean deck. One Invisible Stalker can wreak havoc on a Burn/Mid-Range deck by ciphering a couple Hands of Binding , as well as a couple Paranoid Delusions to it and swinging away. And as the cards fly to your opponents graveyard via cards like Mind Sculpt , Mind Grind, and Psychic Strike, you can bring out your Consuming Aberration and really get the party started. Not only does this card get bigger for every creature card in your opponent's graveyard, but it also allows you to mill your opponent every time you cast a spell. Lovely! So there's a big body or two for protection (as well as your Hover Barrier cards), or for combat if you're feeling aggressive.

Personally, I enjoy pairing up with an Aggro/Burn deck and blowing opponents' minds in a game of Two-Headed Giants. Any suggestions and/or comments would be greatly appreciated :) Otherwise, just kick back with this black and blue controller and mill your opponent until your heart's content.
