The deck is based around Edric. The idea is that you use the cards you have and the advantages you can give people to play heavily on the political side of the game.

Do you like to draw cards? Do you like to make deals with people? Do you like to stare down Eldari with Scryb Sprites? This is deck is for you!

The main idea of the deck is to get the general online and to get a few evasive creatures on the board. You own attack phases should fill you hand up to drop even more creatures on the board. You opponents will need to be reminded that should they send their own attacking creatures elsewhere they too will get rewarded with card draw. If they still decide to attack you, you will have plenty of fog like effects to make it a hassle.

Borrowing 100,000 Arrows and Keep Watch let you recover some cards should the flow of card draw taper off for you. Curfew does triple duty as a bounce for your own general, a slap in the face to voltron strategies and a negotiating tool to see if anybody wants to recast a primoridal or two.

Extract is for pre-emptively handling cards like Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite which will make the deck just roll over and die. Even without Elesh as a possibility, there is always something to remove.

Most of the creatures are super evasive and cheap to cast. The general goal of the deck was to push down casting costs of the deck as low as possible so that you can just keep dropping thing on the board.

The only current issue I have with the deck is that the general tends to die a lot and recasting him eventually becomes prohibitive. Repulse and Darksteel Plate might be future additions to this deck.

Man-lands allow the deck to keep ticking away life after board resets.
