OVERVIEW

Machine gun removal that can mow down up to 4 of an opponent's creatures a turn without breaking a sweat and much more if the right cards are out. This mass removal provides wide-open attacking and/or can buy enough time to get my devotion up for Gary to join the party (and do an encore if necessary) for the win.

Top-Line Combos

Gnawing Zombie + Gravecrawler or Geralf's Messenger + Gnawing Zombie do all the heavy lifting and are primarily used in conjunction to trigger Grave Pact and/or Dictate of Erebos, in addition to activating Attrition alone or in combination with the other enchantments for mass removal of opponent's creatures.###

Using Tragic Slip's Morbid trigger after triggering / activating any of those enchantments provides extra creature removal at any time, but is often best used against opponents' largest or peskiest creatures, they wouldn't otherwise willingly sacrifice (assuming have a choice). If no Attrition or Gnawing Zombie are out, Tragic Slip can also be used on Gravecrawler or Geralf's Messenger to trigger Grave Pact and/or Dictate of Erebos, though very unlikely.###

Gravecrawler and Geralf's Messenger are prime choices for sacrifice given Gravecrawler's from the grave casting (and potential interaction with Door of Destinies) and Geralf's Messenger's undying (with the additional life drain and +1/+1 bump).###

Door of Destinies obviously works well with the Zombie tribal, but is extra cruel given Gravecrawler's frequent sacking and casting from the grave combo (often multiple times a turn), in addition to Lord of the Undead's retrieval ability.

Like the Doors, Death Baron and Lord of the Undead give additional +1/+1 bumps to the Z-Boyz with Death Baron also providing the added benefit of deathtouch to all. Though the Lord's bump is nice, his retrieval is the sleeper here because it allows him to fetch Gary or any other Z that might be useful.

Liliana's Reaver and Grave Titan are very powerful in their own right because they both can increase the horde's size and clean up once my opponent has no more creatures to block with. They are also helpful at attacking planeswalkers given there's only one Hero's Downfall in here (not by choice).
