Let me preface this by saying that I play Magic Casually with my Friends. This is a Modern Deck, And could probably Win in modern easily enough. I designed this deck with multiplayer in mind. 4 player games are very common on my magic nights. That being said, lets get into the meat of this deck.
Liliana's Caress

are the Lynch Pins. either one can cement a victory in it's own right, but both of them together? Watch out.
Dark Deal

Delirium Skeins
is a great 1-2 Punch for Excellent damage on the Caress side. Waste Not Makes getting the land for that MUCH easier. Exsanguinate is also a very dirty card to have in hand. I put it in here as a Mass-Kill card.
Liliana, Defiant Necromancer
is a given, and is a strong planeswalker choice for this deck. though, I think my first choice would be Liliana of the Veil if i had unlimited funds for this deck, which i don't. Augur of Skulls is there to make people discard, as well as get Liliana, Heretical Healer
to flip quickly. The Augur is also the choice for my Mimic Vat, to have a constant Sac to get rid of any remaining cards in their hand.
Sangromancer is my life gain black card of choice, though a little steeper than i would have liked at (2)(B)(B).
Cunning Lethemancer
? Why not.
Nyxathid Will be a big threat to anyone without a hand.
Elixir of Immortality to keep my Library stocked and ready to rock.
