First game you mulligan until you get Treasure Hunt in hand. Surprisingly easy to find tbh. You want Reliquary Tower to hit the board the same turn you cast Treasure Hunt . Use Seismic Assault to win.

Sideboarding: If it works, it works. Otherwhise; depending on the matchup you can go with Conflagrate and Lightning Storm for decks with board removal. You can also go with Countryside Crusher and Fling or Countryside Crusher and Laboratory Maniac or any other setup you migh see fit to to throw at your opponent.

Basically a budget deck that works really well with friends or at a local fnm. You can also throw in a bunch of other mana-fixing lands and man-lands to get a few more options to get in for some extra dmg or throw a few blocks when needed.
