discard hand (Modern MTG Deck)

Hello, I need to help make this deck stable. This deck would discard opponent's hand so he can play only cards that he draws at the beginning of his round, but I can do almost nothing in late phase of game. I also would like make combo of Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond . Thank you for help.
