Do you even Scry? (Casual MTG Deck)

This deck basically focus on finding (by scrying) and attacking (while scrying) with Flamespeaker Adept , but it has to cost U$10 or less (Star City Games price). It's clealy not optimal, I need suggestions to make it more consistent without breaking the budget.

Removed the Omenspeakers for more Augury Owls and some Nivix Cyclops, the owls help me dig deeper for the Flamespeaker Adepts and the cyclops is a good beater with all the instants and sorceries i'm running. Also moved Retreat to Coralhelm to the maybeboard and swaped it for Temur Battle Rage because once I have the flamespeaker on the battlefield I keep sending the lands to the bottom and Retreat to Coralhelm would do nothing but sit there.
